At the beginning of 2015, we received the honor as well as the big responsibility to decorate and supervise the completion of the office decoration works for the central Romania regional center of French Group Immochan - one of the largest real-estate developper in Romania. The project was handled in cooperation for the Construction company Bog'Art - who was the General Contractor for the Coresi Shopping Supercenter in Brasov.
Top management of the company was willing to decorate the offices within the regional center in a modern, open manner, in order to be able to sustain the wellbeing of the employees as well as support a healthy life-style for the people operating various activities of the company, as well as for their quests.
Therefore, using many ways of creating a personalized environment: colors that match the corporate colors of the company, marketing materials provided by the company, custom made products used to identify specific messages that Immochan was sending, personalization of the access staircase in order to allow guests better identify the location where they are heading to.
From the reception area, to the access corridors, to the employees' washroom, kichinette for the employees, the environment was providing professional office environment: meeting, conference or quiet rooms, office open workingstations, closed managerial offices and comfortable leisure relax area located just outside the conference room, allowing the people attending long meeting sessions, stretch and relax, in order to get reay and set for more meeting sessions.
The end of the proces represented a real success, illustrated of the comments of some of the employees who wished the space would be ready much sooner, in order to allow them to bring in a bed and sleep and work in this area.
