Working closely with the Canadian Council of Africa, we had the task organizing, establishing and setting according to the western standards of the professional service company, meant to accommodate and serve the insterests of foreign companies or institutions interested to enter and invest in Ethiopia.
Based on the experience in handling such complex projects, we have created the framework of developping the business into the 4000 sqm (45000 sqf) floorplan located on top 2 floors into a newly built center in a bussy commercial street in Addis Ababa. The project involves the complete decoration of the open plan into fully equipped independent offices, as well as reception area, meeting and conference areas, storage facility, IT server rooms, etc.
The space was not only meant to provide office space, but also to create a strong link between the foreign investors and local authorities, providing advice and connections in order to operate and succesfully implement its operations in Ethiopia. Frequently, reunions with representatives of the local authorities were schedulled to take place in order to allow the companies introduce themselves and link with the necessary people.
Close to the city's international airport, location was providing a good focal point in a very crowded and infrastructure developing vibrant city.
