Subject to a long term cooperation with Deloitte in Romania, as well as a fierce negotiation during the aquisition terms with the client for the decoration of the premises in America House building located in the heart of the Bucharest Financial District, Interior resources was appointed the great responsibility of organizing the fit-out works on behalf of the client.
Assuring the buffer between the local office with its particular needs and terms, the architect Aukett Fitzroy Robinson from Prague, EC Harris Project Management team from Prague and client's management team also from Prague, we created a modern and functional space for our client.
Products that we supplied were very different and specific: from natural rubber flooring to tufted carpet, from double glazed partitions to specific branding, from custom build cabinets in the kitchen, storage and reception area to lounge seating for waiting, from completely reposition of the washroom zones, to the acoustic treatment of the ceiling, from various installation adaptation to the recreation of the ventillation process, from the supply of washroom basins, sinks, soap dispensers and dryers to the procurement of the design lamps all of these were coordinated with accuracy of competence.
More than 350 floor boxes were cut into the concrete floor and set operational in order to assure the functionality and esthetics of the future office.
The whole floorplan of around 3200 m2 demolition and fit-out were concluded in 5 weeks of intense works.
